- To place an order or book a table, you will be required to supply contact and personal information.

Customers can request a full refund if they contact Nayaab within 5 minutes of placing an order.
Where customers are dissatisfied with the food provided, they can contact Nayaab by phone to discuss the causes of dissatisfaction. In cases of dissatisfaction, Nayaab may choose to offer a voucher to spend on next visit, but this will be entirely at the discretion of Nayaab.
